Gary Bierc, CEO

A visionary in the field of risk management, Gary took his 40 years of experience in risk management and developed and built Aperitisoft^™, the leader and innovator in the field of enterprise risk management. He developed these tools for organizations to turn risk into value.

Monica Dowhan, EVP

Monica combines decades of managing risk and compliance for a global Fortune 20 company with her 15 years in healthcare to enable organizations in the healthcare industry to drive results in enterprise risk management.

Kelland Sewell, EVP

Kelland brings 30+ years of experience in Retail, Wholesale, Utilities and Government corporations finding the benefit derived from taking risk events in all their capacity and reducing them to a single number for comparisons. His singular focus and vision helped Aperitisoft^™ develop its innovative approach to enterprise risk management.

Michael Fluharty, CTO

A pioneer and well-respected expert in automation technology. Over 30+ years, Michael has seized the opportunities presented by innovations in hardware and software technology to develop the technologies that improve everyday lives.

Jeanne Spence, SVP

Jeanne leads sales and customer relationship management for all Aperitisoft^™ solutions outside healthcare. She has over 25 years of experience in payments, security, and authentication. Jeanne holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is skilled in complex technical sales, client account management, and solving compliance challenges.

Dr. Timothy L. Brown, SVP

Timothy leads customer success for Aperitisoft^™ Healthcare products and healthcare industry clients. He has over 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership and holds a doctorate in health administration. Timothy also mentors graduate students in healthcare management and hosts the Healthcare Quality & Risk Matters podcast.

Priya Dayma, VP

Priya leads software development for Aperitisoft^™ and Aperitisoft^™ Healthcare. She develops and maintains all software code and has extensive experience in .NET programming, SQL server, and modern development techniques. Before joining Aperitisoft^™, Priya worked as a senior software engineer at Deloitte.

Brett Osborne, VP & CISO

Brett leads Aperitisoft^™ cybersecurity strategy as Chief Information Security Officer. He develops security policies, oversees compliance with PCI DSS and FISMA, and improves cybersecurity measures such as incident response capabilities and vulnerability patching. Brett is a CISSP test writer, a CMMC registered professional, and a frequent speaker at cybersecurity conferences.
